Warranty Policy
At GUZZALONI, we are committed to the quality of our jewellery. All pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing faults and defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage or breakage
- General wear and tear (e.g. scratches, tarnishing, fading)
If your item qualifies under the warranty, GUZZALONI will cover all associated costs.
After the warranty period, we offer a lifetime repair service for a small fee—ensuring you can continue enjoying your jewellery for years to come.
Important: Any repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by another jeweller will void this warranty.
Jewellery Care
To keep your jewellery in excellent condition:
- Gently clean with a soft cloth
- Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and harsh chemicals

Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please CONTACT US HERE:
- Proof of purchase (your online order number is sufficient)
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
In most cases, we’ll ask you to return the piece for assessment. If it’s confirmed to be faulty, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.
For purchases made through a stockist, please return the item directly to them along with your proof of purchase.
