Returns Policy
Every GUZZALONI piece of jewellery is individually hand crafted, we understand it can be difficult to order online and we will try to help figure out your perfect aesthetic but unfortunately returns and refunds are not accepted due to change of mind so please be careful with your design choice and sizing.
If any item is faulty upon arrival, please get in touch with us straight away and we can organise a return and replacement within 28 days of purchase.
Alternatively if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs as best as we can. Please reach out to our customer services team with any questions you may have prior to ordering, to ensure the piece you choose is perfect for you.
As bespoke / custom orders are designed and made specifically for each customer we do not accept any refunds due to change of mind, if you change your mind on your purchase after the deposit has been paid, the deposit and balance is not refundable, your deposit is considered your confirmation of your order and is not to be refunded. Changes after the second payment are not encouraged due to the expensive costs that may be incurred.
Unless item is faulty upon arrival, return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international & domestic orders are not covered.
Purchases made at GUZZALONI retailers, are subject to the return policies and procedures of that vendor and will not be accepted for return in person.
