If you are looking to create a unique piece for a personal milestone, engagement, wedding, anniversary, birthday or simply a unique heirloom to treasure for years to come, we would love to help you commission a customised design or bespoke piece of jewellery, tailored specifically to you.

Our bespoke service allows you to co create your unique piece, from initial conversation through to product completion, we will work closely with you and your vision, whether you are interested in a variation of one of our existing designs or something completely bespoke, within the GUZZALONI aesthetic.

THE DESIGN PROCESS

Once you have an idea in mind, fill out our BESPOKE / CUSTOMISATION FORM at the bottom of this page to set up an initial conversation, to understand your vision and preferences, here we can discuss with you your ideas, potential designs, your budget, deadlines, and any additional information required to create your bespoke jewellery. 

After initial contact if we have established a clear idea of what you would like, you will be sent through a design brief of what we have discussed including design, pricing, lead time and any other details needed. 

We will then work through the process of designing your piece, seeking to create something personal and unique, future conversation can take place via email, over the phone or in person.

STONE SOURCING

Based on the design we have finalised, we will source several options for the perfect stone for your custom piece. We carry a broad range of different stones in stock. If however you require a specific cut, colour or carat of diamond or other specific gemstones to be sourced for you, we can work together to achieve this. Alternatively if you have your own stones which you would like to be repurposed we are happy to accommodate for that too.

CUSTOMISATIONS

As well as specialising in creating bespoke designs, every piece in the collection can be customised, from modifying precious metal alloys to integrating a preferred type or size of stone to adding personal engraving. We will help you bring your personal touches to our GUZZALONI aesthetic to life. 

Pricing for customising existing designs will depend on the design, and the level of complexity of customisation.

Bespoke FAQs

WHAT ARE THE BESPOKE TERMS ?

For bespoke and customised orders, we require a 50% fee of the total amount due, as confirmation of your order, before production can begin. This fee is non-refundable. The remainder will then need to be paid in full before collection or dispatch of the order.

WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR BESPOKE ORDERS ?

Everything we do is handcrafted, ready to order, so depending on the extent of the work, bespoke pieces usually take between 4-10 weeks to produce. After initial consultation with us, we will be able to offer a more accurate timeframe based on your design.

IF THE RING DOESN’T FIT AM I ABLE TO GET IT RESIZED ?

If you are having a ring crafted, knowing the recipient's size is preferred. If your Custom or Bespoke ring is not quite the right fit, your first re-size is at no cost, however this is not always possible due to the design, material and extent of the resizing required. We recommend having your finger sized with a local jeweller or following our ring size guide here.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR BESPOKE ORDERS ?

Bespoke orders are custom designed and made specifically for the customer, before you place an order, please take note that we do not accept refunds solely due to a change of mind, it is important to carefully consider your purchase beforehand.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BESPOKE AND CUSTOM / MADE TO ORDER PIECE ?

A Bespoke piece is the creation of a completely new and unique design, perhaps a hybrid of several designs you have seen online or something completely new, based on the brands aesthetic. 

A Custom piece is a design based off an existing piece of the GUZZALONI collection, but with alterations such as differing metal alloy, adding additional gemstones, engraving, different stone shape or size.

DO YOU WORK WITH CUSTOMER HEIRLOOMS ?

We are more than happy to rework heirloom pieces of jewellery which you no longer wear into something you love, however If you wish to bring your own gemstone/s to a Custom or Bespoke project you must agree to the provision that we accept no liability for the stone whilst in our care.

WHAT PRECIOUS METALS CAN I CUSTOM ORDER ?

Whilst our collection is curated from sterling silver and 9ct yellow gold, for bespoke and custom orders, we also offer, 10, 14 and 18ct yellow, white and rose gold.
